Headlight beam aiming
(excluding the version with
xenon/gas emitting headlights)
It is essential that the headlights are
adjusted properly, not only for the
comfort and safety of the driver but
also for all road users. Moreover,
correct beam aiming is an essential
requirement of traffic law.
To ensure that the driver and all other
users benefit from the best visibility
conditions when travelling with the
lights on, the car must feature a correct
beam setting.
Consult the Maserati Service Network
for a check and any adjustments
required.
Angle adjustment
When the car is loaded, it tilts to the
back and the light beams are raised
higher.
In this case, they must be correctly re-
positioned using the electric adjuster
found to the left of the steering wheel.
The switch A works only with the
ignition key in the MAR position. It has
4 settings to choose from, on the basis
of the load being transported and
assuming that the fuel tank is full.
Dipped 0 - One person (the driver)
Dipped 1 - Two persons
Dipped 2 - One person (the driver) +
load distributed uniformly
in the luggage
compartment
Dipped 3 - Two persons + load
distributed uniformly in
the luggage compartment.
WARNING Adjust the height of the
light beam each time there is a change
in the weight of the load transported.
